If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we are here to help!
You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
We will refund your purchase for store credit only in the form of an e-gift card sent via email. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. All return shipping fees are excluded from your refund.

RETURNS POLICY
Jacqlour offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. We will refund your purchase for store credit only in the form of an e-gift card sent via email. Jacqlour does not refund back to your original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, and with the original tags attached. If items appear to be worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
If your return request is accepted via our returns portal, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After receiving your return shipping label, you have seven business days to ship your returned item(s) back to us. All return shipping fees are excluded from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1.) Click the "START RETURN" button at the bottom of the returns page.
2.) Enter your order number & email to find your order and start your return.
3.) Select which item(s) you wish to return.
4.) Choose the reason that you are requesting a return from the drop-down menu.
4.) The refund mode of store credit will be automatically selected.
5.) Select the return shipping label or Jacqlour local pick-up return location.
6.) Verify your address.
7.) Please allow 1-3 business days to receive an email with information regarding whether your return request was approved or rejected.
LOCAL PICK-UP RETURNS
To return any item(s) received via our local pick-up option, please visit our store located at 119 E. Beaufort Street, Normal, IL 61761 or use our return portal at the bottom of our returns page. To start your return using our online return portal, enter your order number and email to find your order. For the return reason, select "Local Pick-Up Return" and follow the next guided steps.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and start a return if the item is damaged or defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you chose "Damaged/Defective Item" as your return reason, write a short description as to where or how the product is damaged/defective, and attach a photo of the damaged/defective item all within the returns portal. Please note that any damaged/defective item outside of a 14-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Jacqlour does not offer exchanges. Instead, return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
REFUNDS
Upon receiving your return, we will issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card sent via email within 3-5 business days. All return shipping fees are excluded from your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at support@jacqlour.com.
