WHEN WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

Unfortunately, we may not be able to restock specific items that sell out fast. We recommend subscribing to Jacqlour Mail to stay updated on new releases and restock announcements.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

Jacqlour offers U.S. women's size guides with general size information, however, please refer to individual product pages for most accurate size, fit, and material descriptions. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 2 business days for processing. For the most accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking information that is sent to your email used to place the order.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Jacqlour is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered and you have not seen it, we recommend searching around your front porch, in your mailbox, or in any surrounding area in case the package is hidden. Make sure to check with your neighbors or apartment management to see if they have mistakenly received it or have collected it for you. If not found, be sure to contact the delivery carrier directly to locate your package.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Upon receiving your return, we will issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card via email within 3-5 business days. All return shipping fees are excluded from your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at support@jacqlour.com.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you are not able to change any information such as name, address, shipping method, or payment method, and you are not able to cancel the order. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Jacqlour does not offer exchanges. Instead, return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

DOES MY STORE CREDIT EVER EXPIRE?

No, there is no expiration date for your store credit. 

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK-UP?

Yes, our address is located at 119 E Beaufort Street, Normal, IL. Choose the local pick-up option at checkout and we will notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

Please inspect your order upon reception and start a return if the item is damaged or defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you chose "Damaged/Defective Item" as your return reason, write a short description as to where or how the product is damaged/defective, and attach a photo of the damaged/defective item all within Jacqlour's returns portal. Please note that any damaged/defective item outside of a 14-day return window cannot be returned or refunded. 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been placed. 

You can also choose to pay with PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay or Shop Pay. 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently, Jacqlour only ships within the United States of America.

Absolutely! Locate the account icon at the top righthand corner on Jacqlour's homepage and click on "CREATE ACCOUNT". Enter your first name, last name, email, and password. Start enjoying the benefits of viewing your order history, profile information, and saved addresses.

We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm CST. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response. Keep in mind we are not open on weekends and any emails or DMs sent during the weekend will be answered on Monday.
